My name is Robert Whittaker, and I’m a Volunteer Ranger and Group Coordinator for the cycling charity Sustrans, who look after the UK’s National Cycle Network. As a Ranger, I help to help inspect, sign and maintain a local section of this network, dealing with small things myself, and reporting more major issues to the right people. As a Group Coordinator, I help mange the local group of volunteers and act as a liaison between group members and Sustrans.
This blog is my diary of what I’ve been doing. Any opinions expressed here are mine, and do not necessarily reflect those of Sustrans or any other organisation.
